As Seen Below
Colour Light Space.
ARoS | 15 Deptember, 2026.
ARCHITEXTURE took part in a vety inspiring networking event at ARoS, organised by Anja Skovdal Danielsen of Tech2Tech – Exploring Architecture Through Networking.
We were given a rare insight into the creation of the museum’s new Skyspace – As Seen Below – presented with great insight and eloquence by Jette Birkeskov Mogensen, Michael Roerup Thomsen and Jens Buch-Dohrmann fra SHL – Schmidt Hammer Lassen.
“I paint with light. I use light to work the medium of perception.”
– James Turrell
Inside The Dome, we experienced the meeting of architecture, art, light and the twilight sky as a poetic and monumental whole – a space for perception, presence and contemplation. Light as material, colour as spatial experience and surface as an architectural element.
It is precisely within this intersection that the Design Atelier works – with textures, materials and surfaces that bring a sensory and artistic dimension to architecture and interiors.
Thank you for a beautifully curated event of great professional insight, where new ideas, perspectives and connections came together.
