The Sydney Opera House is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. I believe it is one of Danish architecture’s most iconic contributions to world architecture.
It has been over 30 years since I, the founder of Architexture Design Atelier, had the magnificent experience of visiting the architectural gem. Then, as well as today, it still inspires me in my design work.
The beautiful sketch is from So Danish! The permanent exhibition on Danish architecture at the Danish Architecture Center in Copenhagen – the UNESCO’s World Capital of Architecture 2023 – shows the intire history of this significant building. It is highly recommended!
