Japanese Design Festival
Kosmopol | 11-12 November, 2023.
Architexture is honoured to invite you to the Japanese Design Festival, Shokunin, in the heart of Copenhagen. The word means to create, and is a current celebration of soulful Japanese/Danish design, art, and craftsmanship in an aesthetic cohesion located in Kosmopol.
The Design Atelier presents, among other things, a wall decoration inspired by origami folding techniques developed site-specific for the beautiful conference room in the historical building. The textured surface design is created by hand and digitally processed, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. This unifying of functional aims, and artistic expressions adds a captivating quality to spaces surrounding us.
The founder, Nanna Fog Lund looks forward to welcoming you to the sensory festival of the year.
